Our Policies

Welcome to t2h. We value your trust and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience through transparent policies and clear communication. Please review the following guidelines to better understand how we operate.


1. Placing an Order

You can browse our curated online catalogue and place an order in just a few steps:

  • Select your desired product(s).
  • Choose the quantity.
  • Click “Order” and proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in your shipping and payment details.
  • Confirm your order.

Once your order and payment are successfully completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Processing and dispatch generally occur within 2–4 business days. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for timelines.

2. Payment Options

We offer secure and flexible payment options:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking (for select Indian banks)
  • UPI Payments
  • Wallets (as available at checkout)

Credit/Debit Card Security:

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed via a secure SSL-certified gateway.
  • Verified by Visa (VBV) or MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) is required for enhanced security.
  • American Express users must enter the 4-digit security code.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer COD for select domestic orders above ₹2,999. Please note:

  • COD availability is location-dependent.
  • Orders must be confirmed via phone or email. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled.
  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries will restrict future COD eligibility.
  • If the address is not serviceable, you may receive a follow-up for alternate details within 48 hours.
  • Once placed, COD orders cannot be modified or rescheduled.

To cancel a COD order, email us at t2hcare@gmail.com on the same day of placing the order.

4. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

  • Free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
  • ₹150 shipping fee for orders below ₹1,000.
  • Dispatch in 2–4 business days; delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • An OTP may be required for successful delivery.

International Shipping:

  • Free international shipping on orders above ₹15,999.
  • ₹2,500 flat fee for orders below the threshold.
  • Delivery typically within 10–15 business days.
  • Customs duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • In case of refusal by customs, refunds may be processed minus logistics and duties.

Note: Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. COVID-19, natural disasters) will be communicated promptly.

5. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience issues with your order, please follow the process below:

Eligible Return Scenarios:

  • 1. Wrong, damaged, missing, or leaked items
  • 2. Tampered packaging

How to Report:

Email t2hcare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Invoice copy
  • Photos/videos of the product, packaging, and issue
  • Batch number visible on product

Once Verified:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable)
  • Refund or replacement will be processed within 10–15 business days

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging.
  • No refunds for “dislike of fragrance,” “not suiting my skin,” or personal reactions unless a product defect is established.
  • We do not provide cash refunds.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method only.

6. Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order::

If canceled after this period or post-dispatch, the order is non-cancellable.
Note: A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from refund amounts.

7. Product Quality Concerns

If you suspect a product quality issue, please email t2hcare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Batch number (visible on product)
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Description of the concern

Resolution Steps:

  • Internal assessment (24–48 hours).
  • If needed, consultation with our in-house ayurvedic expert.
  • In rare cases, product recall for lab testing (3+ weeks).
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will initiate a replacement or refund.

8. Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock:

  • We will notify you within 2 business days.
  • You may choose a replacement, receive a refund, or wait for restocking (if applicable).
  • We do not accept backorders.
  • Want to be notified when it’s back? Fill in your query and we’ll email you back when the item is restocked.

9. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Promotions and discounts are time-sensitive and subject to change.
  • International orders may incur customs duties and VAT as per the destination country’s laws.

10. Security of Your Payment Information

Your security is our priority:

  • Transactions are encrypted with 1024-bit SSL protection.
  • Payment credentials are never stored by t2h.
  • We partner only with certified and secure payment gateways.

11. CVV/CVC Information

The CVV (Card Verification Value) or CVC (Card Verification Code) is a 3-digit code on the back of Visa/MasterCard or a 4-digit code on the front of American Express cards. This code is used to authenticate online payments and prevent fraud.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • t2h products are sold on an "as-is" basis.
  • t2h is not liable for allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or incompatibility.
  • Maximum liability in any event is limited to ₹2,000.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • All transactions are governed by Indian law.
  • Jurisdiction: New Delhi
  • Arbitration venue: New Delhi
  • Arbitration process: As per Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) rules
